Tickets are non-refundable but are exchangeable for another date. Tickets are transferable to another person if confirmed with Blue Moose Tours before the tour starts.  If you have any additional questions or concerns please call our support center at 1-800-656-0713 and we will see what we can do.

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accommodate vegetarian, dairy-free or gluten-free diets on our tours.  We are working with our partners to find alternatives in the near future.

Our standard adult ticket for the Downtown Coeur d’Alene Food Tour does not include alcohol, but upgrade to the drink package when purchasing your ticket, and you’ll enjoy three adult beverage pairings throughout your tour.

There are many parking options in Downtown Coeur d’Alene.  After you purchase tickets, you’ll receive emails with numerous parking locations and suggestions.

No but if you felt your tour guide did a great job, please feel free to show your appreciation with a tip. Standard gratuities in the service industry are 15-20%.

Yes, children are welcome to join the Tour, and we offer a discounted ticket for guests under 12 years old. However, please note that these tours are 3 hours in length and include walking and standing, which may not be be appropriate for some children.

Yes. There is a restroom at the starting point, at most of our tasting stops and numerous locations along the route. Your tour guide will point them out.

Yes. Gift certificates make great gifts for birthdays and holidays. Solve that dilemma of what to buy your parents for their anniversary, or what to buy as a hostess gift. The occasions are endless. You can purchase them here.

Our food tours include up to 12 guests. Private tours are available for groups of 6 guests and larger.

The Downtown Food Tour includes 7 tastings over 3 hours. We find that this equates to a substantial lunch portion for most.

Our Downton Coeur d’Alene Food Tour includes about 1.3 miles of leisurely walking.  A majority of the walking is on flat sidewalks.

We encourage guests to wear comfortable walking shoes. Tours run rain or shine, so be sure to check the weather and plan to bring an umbrella or sunscreen depending on the day.

Do not be alarmed, we have not double charged you. This recurring charge is a label some credit card companies use for charges that have an authentication token attached to the transaction. It is not in fact a recurring charge but a method to adjust an order without re-entering one’s payment details. Transactions are not altered without your authorization. Please review your credit card statement to ensure you see only one transaction and rest assured that no other transactions will appear unless you purchase more tickets.

You may notice what looks like a $1 charge on your credit card statement.

Do not be alarmed, this is not actually a charge but may be the way your credit card company represents the $1 credit card authorization that occurs when your credit card is being validated against the billing information you provided during the purchase process. This is not a charge but a temporary pre-authorization and should disappear on your statement within a few days or when the actual value of the tickets you purchased shows up on your account.

Yes, advance ticket purchase is required. Events typically sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting the date, time, and number of tickets you prefer, please book well in advance.

Yes, we absolutely do! We can accommodate a variety of special requests (family reunions, birthday parties, out of town guests, corporate, conventions, festivals, grand openings and more).
